The Till’s Furniture Academy (TFA) is more than just a training center – it’s a place of opportunity. In Gomoa Fetteh, Ghana, it gives young women and men the chance to learn the craft of furniture making from the ground up – hands-on, professionally, and with a future full of possibilities.
This is where furniture for today is created – and opportunities for tomorrow.
Whether for homes, offices, or hotels, the TFA stands for high-quality design, genuine craftsmanship, and sustainable production. At the same time, it provides training opportunities, creates jobs, and encourages independence.

Our Vision
We believe in the power of social entrepreneurship. That’s why the TFA supports corporate social investment initiatives in Ghana that create real quality of life. To maximize impact, the Academy partners with Profico – one of Ghana’s leading furniture manufacturers.
A portion of the sales revenue goes directly into training the next generation. This allows the Academy to sustain itself and remain effective in the long term – for the region, for the people, and for the future.
